Below is the timetable for the various aerobics and fitness classes we offer. If you can't find the class you're looking for or would like to find out more, please get in touch.

**Unfortunately Monday's TTB, Wednesday's Aquafit and Wednesday's HIIT are cancelled until further notice. Sorry for the inconveniance**

Taking part in any of our classes is at the customer's own risk, and relevant medical information that may affect your ability to perform exercise should be disclosed to the instructor prior to the class starting.

Sawston Sports Centre strongly recommends being on time for the start of class and full completion of the warm up to reduce the risk of injury, and anyone arriving late can be refused participation in the class at our instructor's discretion.

Guide to Exercise Classes

Aquafit - water-based aerobics, increases general fitness, muscle tone, mobility and core balance (not currently running)

Aquacise - a lower level version of Aquafit, ideal for those with mobility or joint problems

Dance Fit - a Zumba-inspired dance exercise class

TripleFit- combines cardio, strength training and ab work; an all over body workout for all abilities

Bootcamp - a high-intensity circuits-based class.  This class will push you to your limits, improving fitness, burning fat and helping with strength and muscle tone

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training for the whole body. Prepare to work hard! (not currently running)

Kettlercise - a very effective non-stop, high volume, moderate intensity class using kettlebells to strengthen core and stability, and to tone and burn fat through the whole body.

Pilates - a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength and muscular endurance. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving co-ordination and balance.

Thighs, Tums and Bums - a complete lower body workout to tone up, firm up and burn fat. (not currently running)

Total Body Conditioning - a low impact, toning class, ideal for strengthening muscles and toning wobbly bits!

Stretch & Relax - a Pilates-inspired class to help build up core strength, flexibility, coordination and balance

Revolutions - indoor cycling to music.  By varying your resistance, this class incldues sprints, hill programmes and standing. Ideal for improving fitness levels and fat burning. 

Yoga - combines varied postures and movements to help with strength and flexibility and breathing techniques to help with physical and mental well-being.

Zumba - a choreographed dance and aerobics class; involves easy to follow moves aimed to create a dynamic and exciting fitness programme
